Do we offer custom wigs?
Yes! We create custom wigs tailored to your style and preference. Custom wigs start at $250. For more details or to place a custom order, please email us at shop@barehairco.com. Our team will guide you through the process and help bring your perfect wig to life!
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are delivered on business days, Monday through Friday. Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days, depending on order volume. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. takes an additional 3–7 business days.
Overnight Shipping: Orders placed by 9:00 AM EST are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email when your order is received, and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when it ships. Estimated delivery is calculated from the ship date, not the order date.
My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my package – what do I do?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, Bare Hair Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping protection at checkout.

Make sure your shipping address is correct, including street, apartment/suite, city, state, and zip code. Bare Hair Co. is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
Cancellations & Returns
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once submitted, so please review your order carefully.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Affirm.
Store Credit:
- Eligible within 7 days after delivery is confirmed
- Hair must remain in original condition (unwashed, uninstalled, uncolored, untampered)
- Returns must be approved; store credit will be issued within 3 business days of delivery to our warehouse
Exchanges:
- Not accepted directly; you must return your original order and place a new one.

Chargeback Policy
By placing an order, customers agree:
- Bare Hair Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. Purchase shipping protection for coverage.
- For quality issues, returns for store credit are accepted within 7 days after delivery is confirmed. Items cannot be refunded.
- Filing a chargeback outside of these terms will bar you from placing future orders.
